Last week, whisk was featured on NBC’s “First Look”. Natasha and Jocy, our fearless leaders, got up early to show off the store and some of our favorite items for the camera crew. Kari, fortunately, slept in.

The secret of 231 Bedford is finally out! The hedges are down and the doors of WHISK are open. No longer a residence, 231 Bedford is now a kitchenware store selling everything from stainless steel pots to funky aprons. After 6 months of paper work, construction, more paperwork, listening to too much Hall and Oates, and the birth of a baby – we are up and running and ready to serve you.

Coming from the same family that brought you Uva Wines up the block and Blanc & Rouge in Dumbo, we bring years of small Brooklyn business experience and enthusiasm into your kitchen. We are fearless warriors of cooking and our aim (yes, it is true) is to demystify what may seem to be overwhelming about cookware and cooking in general.
