We love happy customers! In-store returns and exchanges are possible with original receipt within 14 days of the date of purchase. Online purchases may be similarly returned within 90 days from the date you received your order. All discounted and food items are final sale.
Non-defective items can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been used. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Defective items may be returned for full refund or exchange.
For non-defective merchandise: Please return your item to us with a copy of our RETURN FORM. Please repack the item in the original packaging used for shipping. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and returns do not include prepaid shipping.
For defective merchandise: Please contact us at 718-218-7230 between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, to report receipt of a damaged item. We will arrange for pick-up and either refund or send a replacement.
