Celebakes ready-to-use royal icing is the perfect product for decorating cookies and cakes. Its consistency is great for flooding cookies and decorating gingerbread houses. Remove lid and stir well. Make sure to replace the lid when not in use.
For flooding cookies, pour royal icing directly into piping bag or squeeze bottle.
For a firmer consistency, when detailing cakes and cookies, add powered sugar.
Tub covers approximately 3 dozen cookies.
Icing can be colored and flavored with food color gels.
Icing will begin to set up 30 minutes after flooding and can be stacked after 12 hours or overnight.
Flooded cookies can be frozen in airtight containers.
Once opened, store closed container of royal icing for up to 6 months at room temperature.
