Brooklyn Hemispherical Black Mission Fig Bitters

Brooklyn Hemispherical Bitters Story:

Brooklyn Hemispherical Bitters is a Brooklyn based company focusing on unusual bitters flavors made in a classical style. They make the base for their bitters using very traditional methods, drawing flavors from roots, vegetables, fruits, and herbs. The tradition ends there though, and their unusual, seasonal offerings have taken the bitters world by storm. Zagat referred to their bitters as “kooky” and “trendy”,  CBS New York has named them one of the three best bitters brands in New York City, and whether online or in-store, they are one of the best selling bitters brands at Whisk.

They hand-craft all of their bitters in Brooklyn using local ingredients whenever possible. The seasonal nature of their bitters may mean that certain flavors are only available at certain times of year, so if you see a flavor that catches your eye, it’s best to snap it up before it’s too late.

Black Mission Fig Bitters:

An aromatic preparation of water, alcohol, natural and organic herbs and spices and fruits, their Black Mission Fig bitters tastes like fig jam! They’re packed with the flavors of caramel, raisins and nuts on the front palette with an earthy round finish.
