Because water does not evaporate as quickly as alcohol when exposed to heat, this emulsion will retain its strength and won't bake-out during the baking process, resulting in foods with a more robust coconut flavor and aroma. Perfect for high-heat and no-bake applications, use this versatile emulsion to bring delicious flavor to cakes, cookies, and sweet breads as well as frostings, glazes, fondants, fillings, and cream centers. You can even add to coffee, tea, or smoothies to create full-flavored beverages for your specialty menu! No matter how you choose to use it, this emulsion is sure to become an essential ingredient in your kitchen.

    This emulsion is formulated to be the same strength as a traditional alcohol-based extract, allowing you to substitute 1:1 with an extract in any recipe. To use, simply substitute 1 tsp. of emulsion for 1 tsp. of extract when baking, using a slightly less amount for no-bake items such as frosting or whipped cream. Due to its high water content, this emulsion is not suggested for flavoring chocolate or hard candy. For added benefit, this emulsion is packaged in a BPA-free, recyclable PET plastic bottle.
