While it may look like traditional cocktail bitters, this tincture is a little different, and it's a product we're very excited to be carrying. It's packed with that rich, deep rosemary flavor we all love. Try it in a range of drinks -- a whiskey sour is made much more interesting by a few drops of rosemary flavor, and a simple old fashioned is given a savory edge.
Rosemary bitters are as savory and potent as their branding as a 'cocktail spice' suggests. Unlike our other cocktail bitters, these have little actual bitterness in their flavor profile in favor of simplicity and clarity, which means they can pair well with just about any liquor. Bloody Marys or Marias are an ideal match, as well as any celery-forward cocktail or martini variation. Rosemary can get a bit lost in drinks or liquors that already have a strong herbal or floral component, so drinks containing vermouth or apertifs may not be the best fit.
